When asked about the Series Opener, SMEC team of Jay Kliger and Marco Pedde said," We are extremely excited about the success of round one at OVRP! Seeing the riders dicing it up and hearing the crowd go at it really makes everything worthwhile. We want to continue the positive momentum from round one into round two at the F.I.R.M in Starke, Florida, May 26th", said the duo. " We want to thank our sponsors for standing behind us and helping the sport of Supermoto continue to grow. Without them, the support of the tracks and crew, and the support of the riders and fans - none of this would be possible."
